We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Purchase Manager
from the
Garments Manufacturing Industry
to manage procurement operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of garment production materials, vendor management, cost control, and sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end purchasing operations for raw materials, trims, accessories, and fabrics.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet material requirements.
Evaluate supplier performance and identify potential improvements in the procurement process.
Ensure all purchase orders and documentation are completed accurately.
Work closely with accounts and production departments for seamless operations.
Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Garments Manufacturing industry (Mandatory).
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and meet production deadlines.
Job Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
