Purchase Manager

Experience: 7-10 years (Real Estate Purchase preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, services, and equipment.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with project and organizational goals.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and documentation through ERP system.
Monitor material stock levels and coordinate with project and store teams for timely replenishment.
Maintain vendor database, assess performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Analyze purchase data and prepare cost comparison reports using Advanced Excel(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
Work closely with project, accounts, and inventory departments to ensure smooth procurement flow.
Support budgeting and cost-control activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Supply Chain / MBA preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement; real estate or construction industry experience preferred.*

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP / other)*.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel- data analysis, MIS reporting, cost tracking, dashboards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of local and national suppliers in the real estate sector.
Experience with bulk material purchase (cement, steel, tiles, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
