Position 1: Purchase Assistant Manager (Female - Office Based)

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end procurement activities

from the corporate office. Prepare and process

Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs)

, and vendor comparisons. Coordinate with

project sites, engineers, and stores

to understand material requirements. Handle

vendor coordination

, rate confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation. Maintain

purchase records, vendor master data, MIS reports

, and stock coordination. Verify

bills/invoices

, follow up for GRN, and coordinate with the

accounts team

. Assist management in

cost control, budgeting, and procurement planning

. Ensure compliance with

company procurement policies and procedures

.

Requirements:



Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Management.

3-6 years

of experience in construction or infrastructure procurement. Strong knowledge of

civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC & mechanical materials

. Good command over

MS Excel, Word

, and ERP/Purchase software. Strong

communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

. Female candidates preferred for

office-based role

Position 2: Purchase Executive (Male - Office & Field)

Handle

procurement of construction materials, tools, and machinery

for project sites. Conduct

field visits

to local markets, vendors, and project sites. Perform

price negotiations, vendor follow-ups, and material quality checks

. Coordinate with

site engineers and storekeepers

for timely material supply. Track deliveries, manage

transport & logistics coordination

. Maintain daily purchase records and submit

daily/weekly purchase reports

. Support office team with documentation and vendor data updates.

Requirements:



Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Commerce or related field.

2-4 years

of experience in construction purchase (field + office). Strong understanding of

building materials & local vendor markets

. Willingness to travel frequently to

sites and vendor locations

. Basic knowledge of

Excel, Word, and purchase documentation

. Male candidates preferred for

field & office coordination role

.
