Job Description

:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager with 3-5 years of experience in procurement of cutting tools, metal fabrication parts, and mechanical bought-outs. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, deep knowledge of CNC tooling, and the ability to optimize costs and ensure timely deliveries in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Procure cutting tools including inserts, end mills, drills, holders, and tool holders required for CNC VMC/HMC machines
Source and purchase:
Fabricated parts (MS/SS structures, enclosures).
CNC machined parts (precision components).
Mechanical and electrical bought-out items.
Obtain competitive quotes, analyse and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
Raise and manage purchase orders; follow up for timely deliveries.
Identify and qualify new vendors to improve quality and reduce cost.
Maintain records in Tally/ERP and prepare procurement reports.
Coordinate closely with production, design, and inventory teams for material planning.
Track consumption of tools and assist in maintaining tooling inventory.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in a manufacturing or CNC machining company.
Strong understanding of CNC tooling and cutting tools procurement.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally or ERP software.
Good negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple purchase items and vendor relationships.
Knowledge of vendor markets in NCR is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
