Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for food ingredients, beverages, bakery items, packaging materials, and equipment.
2. Inventory Planning & Control
Monitor stock levels across stores/central kitchen and plan purchases accordingly.
Ensure zero stock-out situations for fast-moving SKUs.
Prevent overstocking, wastage, and expiry by following FIFO/FEFO.
Coordinate with store incharge, kitchen team, and warehouse for timely material movement.
Negotiate prices, credit terms, and contracts with vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
Conduct regular market research to compare prices and track trends.
