Establish network of agile manufacturers in different locations within the country.
Delivering the purchase orders to the vendors at the right time & have good rapport with the them to have an Long-term relationship, Managing communication between supply chain sectors.
Bought out parts and fasteners sources.
Develop & maintain database for supply, material price & availability to easy reach of vendor.
Prepare RFQ get quote & Analyze to get the cost benefit advantage.
Co-ordinate with logistics team to move materials source to vendor & to move internally.
Maintain inventory database & replenish base on minimum stock levels.
Create & Analysis of Strategic plan to purchase raw metals & consumables to get mid-long-term period
