Key Responsibilities:
Identify and maintain reliable suppliers for food, kitchen supplies, and other inventory
Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms for cost-effective procurement
Ensure timely delivery and stock availability
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation
Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams for daily needs
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a purchase/procurement manager in the F&B industry
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of food quality, safety, and shelf-life
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers
