Designation: Manager - Purchase

Identify, evaluate, and on-board suppliers and vendors for materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment required for office interior projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies. Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct market research to identify new and innovative products, materials, and suppliers to enhance project outcomes. Monitor and analyse market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance to make informed sourcing decisions. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to establish and manage procurement budgets for each project. Ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance by optimizing procurement processes and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers. Track and report on spending and cost savings achieved through strategic sourcing initiatives. Oversee inventory levels of materials and products to ensure adequate stock for ongoing and upcoming projects. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce excess inventory costs. Work closely with the design, project management, and installation teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of sourcing activities, supplier contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
