About Samruddhi Organic farm

Samruddhi Organic farm is one of our manufacturing plants which has been fostering organic farming since 2004 by following the vedic as well as biodynamic methods.With the acquired certified agricultural land of 75,000 acres we produce 200+ products such as Organic grain, pulses, oils&oil seeds, organic spices, natural dry fruits with the help of 40,000+ farmers, we also export in over 17 countries around the globe.Our products have warranted a high demand in the market for their delicious taste, level of hygiene, low calorie, freshness, purity, long shelf life and high nutritional value.

What you will do.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design, plan and implement purchasing strategies/systems/processes.

? Search new RM/PM suppliers/farmers/vendors based on things like product, cost, quality,

service, distribution capabilities, availability and TC.

? Responsible to evaluate and finalize potential suppliers/farmers/vendors (At least three).

? To prepare and finalize the contracts/agreement with the farmers/suppliers/vendors.

? Provide on time TC's of products.

? Placing order, co-ordinating and follow-up of RM/PM from Suppliers/Project/farmers/vendors.

? Responsible for tracking the progress of all RM/PM and addressing any problems to the Purchase

Head.

? Track, measure and analyze company expenditure.

? Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

? Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.

? Guide, train and motivate the team in terms of purchasing the products and resolve the issues.

? Oversee the recruitment, hiring of new staff, determine and track KPIs.

? Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

? Search and finalize the processing units with entire certification as per the products (12

processing units/year).

? Track and update orders and ensure timely delivery.

? Provide information if there are changes in RM/PM receipt date to concerned Persons.

? Monitor and update Purchase Head regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing on

a daily basis (13:00-14:00)

? Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.

? Any additional task assigned by the reporting manager/authority as per requirement

What we are looking for.

Strong knowledge of

procurement and purchasing processes

, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management Experience in

evaluating and finalizing suppliers, farmers, vendors, and processing units

Ability to manage

raw material (RM) and processed material (PM) procurement

, ensuring cost, quality, and timely delivery Strong coordination skills to

address supplier issues and escalate to Purchase Head when needed

Capable of

recruiting and onboarding new staff

, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring team efficiency
