We are hiring for Admin cum Purchase manager for Jaipur location.
Experience Required - 5 to 10 years
NP- Immediate to 15 days
1. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across all locations.
2. Manage store and inventory -- oversee maintainenance of stock records, audits, and reconciliations.
3. Handle purchase processes -- vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and PO management.
4. Coordinate interstore transfers and ensure timely system updates.
5. Management of housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance activities.
6. Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for staff as per policy.
7. Maintain & management of company asset ; plan preventive maintenance and disposal of obsolete items.
9. Ensure safety compliance, fire equipment checks, and security protocols..
11. Monitor budgets, control administrative costs, and ensure operational efficiency.
12. Manage office infrastructure, seating arrangements, utilities, and overall upkeep for organized, and efficient office environment.
12. Lead, train, and manage the admin team to ensure smooth execution of tasks and professional development.
13. Manage technical operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gaming, and IT-related maintenance & Liaise with service vendors, contractors, and OEMs for timely technical support and repairs.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
