Strategy & Planning:

Develop procurement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with hospital goals and budget.

Supplier Management:

Source, evaluate, select, and negotiate with vendors for best prices, quality, and terms; maintain strong relationships.

Procurement Execution:

Process purchase requests, issue purchase orders, manage bids, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Inventory & Quality Control:

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory control, and ensure all procured items meet strict healthcare quality and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, local laws).

Internal Coordination:

Liaise with doctors, nurses, finance, and other departments to understand needs and resolve issues.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare reports, analyze spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track market trends.

Team Leadership:

Supervise purchasing staff, allocate tasks, and provide training.

Essential Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree with Material Management.

Experience:

5 to 8 years

Skills:

Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; deep understanding of supply chain management and healthcare regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
