Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for packaging materials
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines to achieve cost optimization
Monitor market trends and price fluctuations of packaging commodities
Ensure materials meet quality and technical specifications
Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams for uninterrupted operations
Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock
Maintain purchase records, MIS, and vendor performance reports
Handle supplier audits, evaluations, and issue resolution
