As a

Purchase Manager

, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring timely sourcing of high-quality materials at optimal costs. You will build strong vendor relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure uninterrupted supply to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business needs Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to optimize costs Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and kitchen teams Track market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field Proven experience in procurement or purchase management Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and ERP systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
