Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost savings and efficiency.
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production for timely material availability.
Ensure supplier compliance with quality, regulatory, and company standards.
Track market trends and manage procurement budgets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing (fragrance, chemicals, FMCG preferred).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement systems/ERP (SAP/Tally).
Familiarity with ISO/GMP/IFRA and import-export compliance.

Work schedule : Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
