Role Overview
The
Purchase Manager
is responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process for all raw materials, packaging, equipment, and services required by Octaga's distillery, bottling, and allied operations. This role ensures cost-effective sourcing, strong supplier relationships, inventory management, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards critical to beverage manufacturing and supply chain efficiency.
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals (quality, cost, delivery). Expertia
Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers of raw materials (e.g., grains, spirits base), packaging materials (bottles, caps, labels), consumables, MRO supplies, and services. TimesPro
Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules. Expertia

Inventory & Cost Management
Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts or excess inventory. Expertia
