Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management :
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for robotics-specific components (e.g., actuators, sensors, custom mechanical parts) to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain resilience.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project timelines and technical specifications (e.g., material properties, tolerances) .
Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve issues related to defects or delivery delays.
Technical Procurement & NPI Support :
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams during New Product Introduction (NPI) to source prototypes, validate components, and transition to mass production .
Ensure procured parts meet robotics standards (e.g., ISO, safety certifications) and technical requirements (e.g., compatibility with ROS, PLC systems) .
Oversee warranty, spare parts, and Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) programs to support post-sales operations.
