Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Purchase Manager

to oversee the company's procurement activities across all project sites. The role involves managing material planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely supply of quality materials as per approved budgets and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Procurement & Planning



Conduct daily morning meetings with the purchase team to review requirements and action plans. Review site-wise monthly material requirements and obtain approval from management along with the approved budget. Ensure timely material supply to all sites as per approved monthly requirements. Verify and approve Requisitions, Purchase Orders (POs), GRNs, and Bill/Invoice entries in the ERP system.

2. Coordination & Quality Assurance



Coordinate with the Store Department to ensure material quantity and quality as per site requirements. Maintain strong follow-up with suppliers regarding material delivery and payments. Review material quotations and finalize rates in coordination with senior management (Anju Ma'am).

3. Billing & Payments



Submit bills to the Accounts Department every 15 days after obtaining the required signatures from management. Prepare weekly payment lists as per budget and ensure timely payment to suppliers. Oversee similar payment processes for Security, Housekeeping, Water, and other miscellaneous bills. Follow proper checking and approval procedures for CP, Marketing, and Architecture bills.

4. Monitoring & Reporting



Maintain systematic records of all purchase-related documents, correspondence, and approvals. Conduct monthly scrap checks and monthly stock verifications for all sites. Identify and evaluate new vendors -- minimum three (03) per month -- to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply sources.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and inventory control. Good understanding of real estate/construction material and processes. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and record-keeping abilities. Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5- 10years of relevant experience in procurement within the real estate or construction industry.
