Job Description

Responsible for procurement of Components required in manufacturing of Dairy and ice cream production.

Get the collective requirements through ERP and IR.

Float the enquiry and get the quotations from all potential suppliers.

Comparison & Negotiate of quotes in respect of price, availability and payment terms for all available suppliers.

Arrange samples to design as provided in the drawing.

Introduce new potential vendors with consideration to cost, quality, quantity, delivery and other parameters.

Annual rate contract, Annual maintenance contract (AMC), long terms contract with transporters from different location.

Daily Stock review of material with priority categorization. (Regular & Critical Items).

Follow up with vendors to get timely supply of material & monitor material delivery close loop.

Co-ordination with Internal customers. (Quality, Production, Marketing, Dispatch & R& D).

Monthly M.I.S Activity.

Inclusion of new supplier and purchase price updating in ERP.

PR to PO conversion and get the BU & management approval.

Release the PO and send it to respective suppliers.

Follow up with suppliers for Order confirmation/PI & processing the same for payment.

Delivery date updating in ERP & follow up with suppliers regarding delivery on time.

Coordination with carriers to arrange delivery of shipments.

Coordination with in-coming warehouse supervisors to make smooth availability of components to respective production lines.

Dealing with rejections material through customer generation, sales order process to suppliers.

Processing of manual invoices/ PI for payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
