Urgent hiring for-Purchase Manager(Only Female)||Location:, Thane West, Mumbai

Position: Purchase Manager(Only Female)

Experience- 3+ years

Ctc- upto 4.8 lpa (depend on interview)

Working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire purchase process from sourcing suppliers to finalizing purchase orders. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost efficiency. Obtain and evaluate quotations, compare proposals, and recommend suitable suppliers. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in line with project timelines. Coordinate with project, operations, admin, and finance teams to understand and fulfill requirements. Maintain accurate purchase records, agreements, and reports for management review. Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met. Track market trends and explore alternative suppliers to maintain competitive pricing. Resolve supply-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns. Prepare and submit regular procurement reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field (Master's preferred). 5-8 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase management. Experience in pharmaceutical projects preferred; candidates from construction, manufacturing, or FMCG industries will also be considered.
