Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Production Manager

to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have expertise in production planning, workflow management, and a strong understanding of import/export processes. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to ensure timely output and quality standards. Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Handle documentation and processes related to

import/export operations

. Track inventory, raw material procurement, and manage vendor relationships. Lead, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals. Prepare regular reports on production output, quality, and timelines for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Production, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in production management. Strong knowledge of
