We are seeking a

reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Executive

with strong ethics and proven experience in vendor negotiations, procurement operations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should come from an

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

background and be capable of managing end-to-end purchase activities with utmost integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Prepare and maintain

comparative statements

to support vendor selection and cost transparency. Issue and track

Purchase Orders (POs)

in a timely and accurate manner. Liaise with project and technical teams to understand material requirements and specifications. Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure adherence to procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and continuously evaluate vendor performance. Ensure procurement is conducted ethically and transparently, maintaining high standards of

professional integrity

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering (preferably

Mechanical / Electrical

). Candidates with

certifications in supply chain management or procurement

will be preferred.

Experience Required:

5-7 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in

MEP or construction

companies. Strong knowledge of MEP materials, vendor markets, and commercial negotiations.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems. High level of

integrity, accountability, and transparency

in work. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
