About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Purchase Manager

who will be fully responsible for managing procurement operations, vendor development, inventory planning, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strong in negotiation, and capable of maintaining excellent vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage the

purchase budget

efficiently. Maintain stock as per

minimum inventory levels

(Regular & Critical items). Vendor development, evaluation, and continuous assessment. Ensure

cost reduction

through various methods without compromising on quality, standards, or timelines. Follow company policy for

techno-commercial comparison

before any purchase decision. Prepare and share

timely Purchase MIS

. Plan delivery schedules based on

floor space availability

and

fund flow

. Extrovert personality with strong communication. Excellent

hard negotiation skills

. Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships. Persistent focus on

savings and cost efficiency
