Any degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in purchase field
1. To receive PR from purchase officer along with rate comparison and analyze it.
2. To conduct Price Negotiation and Price comparison
3. To get approval from AMD after identifying the supplier.
4. To be responsible for closing the PO in time.
5. To purchase and deliver all the items which are in the purchase order on time.
6. To prepare purchase order and do a follow up of material after dispatching the purchase order.
7. To send PO to supplier and copy to centre stores.
8. To facilitate and arrange the delivery of items from clients.
9. To be responsible for comparing bills and GRN with purchase order after receiving the goods.
10. To prepare a variation report of GRN and PO and hand over to accounts.
11. To coordinate for processing of returns/Damaged Product.
12. To be responsible for suppliers' payments, advance and it's follow up.
13. To develop new sources of supply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
