Prior experience in Hotel or Resort is Mandatory
Monitoring the purchase and store activities of units and guiding them properly on the procedures to be followed. Preparing and processing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, sourcing new suppliers, and staying informed about industry trends Maintaining accurate records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Monitoring stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and placing orders as needed.
