Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies to meet project and organizational requirements.
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and establish long-term vendor relationships.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to determine material requirements and timelines.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites within budget and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier details, and inventory levels.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Prepare and review purchase budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in the procurement cycle.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company purchasing policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Required Experience - 5-7 yrs
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, market trends, and material specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/purchase management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
