Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Purchase Manager

with a strong background in the

facade industry

to manage procurement activities and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of facade systems, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong engineering mindset to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for facade materials and components. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors. Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules without compromising on quality or cost. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions with vendors. Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements. Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate with project and warehouse teams. Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts. Coordinate with design, planning, and execution teams for seamless procurement. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of relevant experience

in

procurement

within the

facade, construction, or building materials industry

.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

(Mechanical/Civil preferred) - special consideration will be given to candidates with engineering qualifications. Strong knowledge of facade systems, aluminum, glass, cladding materials, and associated fittings. Proven negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
