Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for interior, architectural, and construction materials.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Procurement Operations:
Procure furniture, lighting, decor, materials (tiles, laminates, veneers, hardware, etc.), and services as per project specifications.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites or warehouses.
Cost and Budget Control:
Monitor material costs and maintain budgets without compromising on quality.
Prepare and review cost comparisons and purchase reports for management.
Inventory & Documentation:
Track stock levels and initiate restocking when necessary.
Maintain complete procurement records, purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and vendor agreements.
Quality Control:
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure that procured materials meet quality and design requirements.
Handle issues related to product quality, delays, or damages.
Coordination & Communication:
Work closely with architects, interior designers, site supervisors, and finance teams to streamline purchasing processes.
Ensure alignment between design intent and material specifications.
