Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Interior Design, or related field.

Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction.

Proven experience in vendor negotiation, material procurement, and contract management.

Excellent knowledge of interior design materials, vendors, and sourcing networks.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, lead, and execute effective purchasing strategies for interior design and fit-out materials. Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors, suppliers, and contractors for furniture, fixtures, finishes, and decor items. Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and quality. Review material requirements from project teams and ensure timely procurement based on project timelines. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, budget constraints, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with design, project management, and accounts teams for seamless execution. Stay updated with market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product launches.

Pay: ₹20,959.16 - ₹59,957.21 per month
