Job Responsibilities

Purchase

Material procurement: obtaining quotations, preparing Purchase Orders in ERP. Ensure cost-effective purchasing as per BOM and specifications. Develop and onboard new suppliers that meet our requirements. Handle procurement for new projects. Maintain cost-efficiency in every order through strategic supplier sourcing. Conduct supplier and customer meetings for business development.

Store

Verify materials during GRN against Purchase Orders. Check and update stock in ERP system. Plan purchases based on production schedules. Coordinate material dispatches and prepare delivery notes in ERP. Generate invoices and coordinate with Accounts for processing.

Sales

Process customer sales orders. Generate sales quotations in ERP for new clients. Coordinate with production for timely dispatches. Oversee packing and logistics arrangements. Gather customer feedback and provide technical support if needed.

Other Duties

Assist R&D, Production, and Store departments as needed.
Follow up on supplier payments with the Accounts team and Raj Sir.
