ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY



1. Manage procurement and sourcing of products, including imports and supplier negotiations.

2. Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.

3. Introduce new products aligned with company strategy and participate in product development.

4. Optimize costs, monitor supplier performance, and maintain quality standards.

5. Streamline procurement and import processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.

6. Set procurement KPIs and contribute to overall business growth and profitability.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support business objectives.

8. Recruit and manage procurement staff as needed.
