Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to secure necessary products and services at the best value.

Supplier Management:

Identify, evaluate, and select suitable vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Cost Management:

Negotiate pricing and contracts to control costs and ensure the company stays within budgetary constraints.

Inventory Oversight:

Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and coordinate with other departments to forecast supply needs and prevent stockouts.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all procured goods and services meet the company's quality standards.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement new purchasing technologies or strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, such as finance and production, to align procurement activities with organizational goals.

Process Improvement:

Continuously look for ways to improve procurement processes and increase efficiency.

Team Leadership:

Oversee and manage a team of buyers and purchasing agents, providing training and guidance.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and inventory.

Pay: ₹17,864.17 - ₹60,460.71 per month
