Supplier Management

: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers to negotiate terms, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Procurement Strategy

: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality in materials and services acquired.

Contract Negotiation

: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prevent supply chain disruptions.

Inventory Control

: Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary materials while minimizing carrying costs.

Budget Management

: Oversee purchasing budgets, ensuring alignment with project timelines and financial constraints.

Software Proficiency

: ProjectWise, Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management within the real estate or industrial sectors.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E., preferably with a specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with industry-specific procurement software Strong analytical and negotiation skills
