Qualifications & Experience:



Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply chain or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement roles.

Requirement:



Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software. Negotiation and vendor management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Inventory management skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:



Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement. Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods/services. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement to avoid stock shortages. Coordinate with departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget constraints.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
