Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management. An MBA in Materials Management or Operations is a strong advantage.Experience:
8-12 years
of proven experience in procurement/purchase within thereal estate construction industry
, with amandatory focus on high-rise residential projects
. Must have worked in Bengaluru or similar metropolitan market. In-depth knowledge of local market vendors, logistics, and material sourcing is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, finishes, MEP systems, and their specifications.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
