We are hiring for Purchase Manager for interior fit-out industry

No of positions: 1 nos

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Graduate in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering (Civil/Interior preferred).

Experience: 8-12 years' experience in procurement, preferably in interior contracting or fit-out industry.

Salary: Upto 7.2 Lakhs per annum

Responsible for end-to-end procurement of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and services for

interior contracting projects. Ensures timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and quality compliance while

coordinating with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement plans as per project timelines and budgets. Source and negotiate with vendors for interior materials (wood, laminates, veneers, paints, lighting, furniture, sanitary fittings, hardware, etc.). Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and credit terms. Coordinate with project/site teams for timely material delivery. Monitor procurement costs, provide cost-saving solutions, and ensure budget adherence. Oversee inventory, logistics, and material utilization. Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong knowledge of interior materials, vendor management, and market trends. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/Procurement tools.
