Purchase Manager

to oversee procurement, vendor management, and material logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain quotations for materials as per project requirements. Prepare and process

work orders

and

purchase orders (POs)

. Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency. Coordinate with site teams for timely delivery of materials. Follow up on bills, verify invoices, and ensure timely payment processing. Maintain and update stock records for procured materials. Liaise with the accounts department for bill closures and reconciliations. Identify reliable vendors and maintain supplier relationships. Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience

in

purchase

within the

construction industry

. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Sound knowledge of building materials, rates, and market trends. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP or inventory software. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Salary:

Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month Additional benefits as per company policy
