Job Description

Golden Abodes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of materials, services, and equipment required for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement aligned with project requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet project needs and timelines. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best terms. Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure on-time supply of materials. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory. Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and finance to forecast material needs. Ensure procurement complies with quality standards, specifications, and budget. Monitor and manage vendor performance, quality assurance, and service levels. Continuously evaluate cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better deals. Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings achieved. Handle emergency purchases as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Good knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and logistics. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
