Job Title: Purchase Manager - Civil Construction

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in construction material procurement
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and source construction materials, equipment, and services required
for civil projects.
Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure costeffectiveness
and quality.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
Collaborate with project engineers and site teams to forecast material
requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team for material
flow.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all
procurement activities.
Track market trends and identify new suppliers and alternative materials.
Handle purchase documentation, billing, GRN coordination, and payment
follow-ups.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and vendors
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of inventory and supply chain management
Proficiency in ERP or procurement software
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred)
MBA in Supply Chain or Materials Management (optional)
Proven experience as a Purchase Manager in the construction industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
