Solar Purchase Manager Key Responsibilities: - Procurement: Manage the procurement of solar panels, invertors, and other equipment. - Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery. - Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, optimize stock, and minimize waste. - Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve procurement efficiency. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the solar industry. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. - Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar technology, procurement processes, and supply chain management. Salary Range: - ₹40,000 - ₹120,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. - Additional incentives and benefits may be provided, such as health insurance, travel allowances, and performance bonuses.
