We are seeking a
Purchase & Logistics Manager
who will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and efficient logistics operations to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Vendor Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and domestic suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to optimize cost and quality.
Forecast demand and plan purchases based on sales projections and market trends.
Identify new suppliers and evaluate them for reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure timely procurement of robotics, electronics, and related components.
Track KPIs related to purchase cycles, inventory turnover, and logistics efficiency.
Ensure compliance with GST, HSN codes, and other statutory requirements.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
Coordinate with courier and freight partners for timely deliveries.
Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
Handle customs clearance, import/export documentation, and compliance.
Experience in international logistics, compliance, certification, and supply chain management, I bring strong expertise in
import-export procedures, certifications (WPC, BIS, ISO, CHIMS, PIMS, AEO T2, etc.), customs regulations, and shipment handling across AIR, SEA, and courier services
.
Should know how to managed end-to-end international cargo shipments, coordinated with CHAs and freight forwarders, and ensured compliance with various regulatory frameworks, including e-waste, battery waste, and plastic waste regulations.
Logistics & Supply Chain

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
