Role and Responsibilities -

Prepare Purchase Order with commercial terms
Inventory management against projects, trends
Prepare quotation comparison statement, last purchase history, vendor performance report
Prepare and monitor consumption report with coordination of plant and store
Follow and close on every indent and look for forecasting of material
Supply chain management via inbound/ outbound
Vendor management, onboarding, off boarding and capacity verification
Costing / Negotiation of items on commercial terms, credit line
Procurement management before plant schedule and keep JIT inventory system as handy
Cross verify ledger of vendors guide & follow up accounts/ finance department credibility
Team handling
You are responsible for handling department like logistics purchase and store.

Skills Required:

Expert in Excel and Google sheet

B.tech Mechanical

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
Multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
8+ years of experience in purchase

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.54 - ₹95,873.45 per month

Work Location: In person
