Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented candidates to join our
Procurement & Purchase Department
as
Purchase Interns
. This internship provides
hands-on experience
in purchase operations, vendor coordination, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential vendors and suppliers.
Collect quotations, compare prices, and support vendor selection processes.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payments.
Track inventory levels and support purchase planning activities.
Assist in maintaining and updating purchase data in internal systems.
Communicate with internal teams to understand material and supply requirements.
Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day operations and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (any stream - BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BE, etc.).
Strong interest in supply chain, procurement, or operations management.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
Must be available for
on-site work in Coimbatore
.
