Roles & Responsibilities:

• Making PR for request received from internal stakeholders
• Releasing PO to supplier for material required and get material within required timelines.
• Getting vendor registration documents from new supplier and register them in system
• Supplier sourcing as per specs shared by requester.
• Order acknowledgement and ensure timely delivery of materials at Unbox Robotics.
• Resolution of any issues during the GRN or receipt of materials in SAP.
• Reject material disposition with suppliers.
• Coordinating with finance team for timely payment to supplier
• Working with logistics team to get shipments from domestic suppler and provide required documents
• Ordering mechanical parts like Sheet metal, Machining parts and other bought out items
• Daily monitoring of POs sent and their ETA to plan development activities
• Follow-up with supplier for mechanical rejected items and quality team

• Knowledge of MS excel
• Excellent knowledge of ordering mechanical components preferably sheet metal and machining parts
