Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure availability of materials
Coordinate with stores and production departments for material requirements
Identify and negotiate with suppliers for timely procurement
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality standards
Support in cost control and budget adherence
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration preferred
1-3 years of experience in procurement or store management (freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
