Job Description

Role:


Responsible for procurement of electrical materials, vendor management, cost control, and timely availability of materials for projects or maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Procure electrical materials (cables, panels, breakers, transformers, switchgear, motors, lighting, etc.) Prepare and process

Purchase Requisitions (PR), RFQs, POs

Vendor sourcing, comparison, negotiation, and finalization Ensure materials meet

technical specifications and standards

Coordinate with

engineering, site, store, and accounts departments

Track deliveries, lead times, and resolve shortages or delays Maintain purchase records, GRNs, invoices, and inventory data Cost control and budget compliance Handle warranty, replacement, and material rejection issues
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

electrical materials & specifications

Vendor negotiation and cost analysis ERP / Excel proficiency Documentation and coordination skills
Qualifications

Diploma / Any UG / B.E. / B.Tech in

Electrical Engineering

2 years experience in electrical purchasing (depends on role level)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
