Position: Purchase Head - Plastic Moulding Division

Location: Ghaziabad

Experience Required: 8-15 Years (Plastic Bottle / Moulding Manufacturing) Qualification: Graduation / Diploma (Mechanical / Production)
Industry: Moulding, Packaging & Printing Industry

Job Summary:
The Head of the Moulding Division will oversee end-to-end moulding operations, including planning, production, process optimization, manpower management, maintenance coordination, and quality control.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead moulding division including production planning, machine operation, manpower management, and quality control. Ensure smooth operations of Injection, Blow, and Moulding machines. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime. Coordinate for preventive and breakdown maintenance. Oversee mould changeover, calibration, and material planning. Implement strict quality checks to reduce rejection and scrap. Coordinate with Purchase, Store, and QA. Maintain production records and reports. Ensure safety compliance and SOP adherence. Train and develop team members. Implement cost-saving and productivity initiatives.
Desired Skills:

Strong knowledge of injection/blow moulding machines. Expertise in mould troubleshooting and material behaviour. Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
