Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of construction and project-related supplies within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure construction materials, machinery, and services as per project requirements.

Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best prices.

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with project, store, and finance teams to ensure inventory and payments are in sync.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors.

Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to stay updated on pricing and availability.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and handle delays or issues proactively.

Assist in vendor development and registration processes.

Maintain good relationships with existing vendors and identify potential new suppliers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

2-4 years of experience in purchase, preferably in real estate or construction.

Knowledge of construction materials, MEP items, civil and finishing materials is a must.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Good understanding of procurement software/ERP systems.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
