Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Purchase Executive

with

1-2.5 years of experience

to handle procurement and vendor coordination for our fast-expanding operations.
This role involves sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase documentation, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers for raw materials and packaging. Collect quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase terms. Prepare purchase orders (POs) and track order progress to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams for smooth operations. Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and pricing history accurately. Monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning. Follow up with suppliers for deliveries, invoices, and payment clarifications. Support audits and adhere to company procurement procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

1-2.5 years of experience

in purchase, procurement, or supply chain roles (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG). Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Good knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Team player with problem-solving abilities. Must be available for

on-site work in Coimbatore
