Job Description

We are seeking a Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement of materials like

plywood, laminates, veneers, MDF, hardware, edge bands, adhesives

, etc. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, price negotiation, procurement planning, and timely delivery to support ongoing interior/modular projects.

Source and procure materials such as

plywood, laminates, MDF, veneers, edge bands, adhesives, and hardware

. Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective procurement. Raise purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate with the design and production teams to understand material requirements and timelines. Track inventory levels and reorder stock to prevent project delays. Ensure timely delivery of materials at sites or factories. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor vendor performance. Manage logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies. Maintain procurement reports and MIS.
