Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure materials required for interior projects. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Negotiate prices and maintain good vendor relationships. Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records. Ensure quality and specification compliance of purchased items. Collaborate with project teams to meet project requirements. Maintain purchase documentation and reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the

interior or construction industry

. Good negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of sourcing, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
